The BBC was a founder member of the BAFTA albert consortium alongside other broadcasters Sky, ITV and Channel 4. This industry partnership has been engaging TV productions with measuring their carbon footprints for over 10 years
DIMPACT
The BBC is part of DIMPACT, a broadcaster/academic partnership to develop an online tool that calculates the carbon emissions created by streaming digital media content

Run by BBC Academy, in partnership with the BFI, Bafta, RTS and others, this is an ongoing resource for the industry packed with insights into sustainable production and sustainability on screen
