We'll be publishing these in the build up to the 30th anniversary of Ipswich Town's FA Cup victory, and we'd love to add your own memories and photos to the collection. Help playing audio/video 1978 will remembered for many things - disco, Superman and platform shoes included - but in Suffolk football was the main talking point. Celebrating their 100th birthday, Ipswich Town Football Club defied the odds by lifting the FA Cup for the first time. BBC Suffolk is marking the 30th anniversary in style. As well as holding a homecoming parade for the players of '78 with The Evening Star, we'll be gathering photos and memories for our dedicated section of the website. We'd love to hear your memories and see your photos from 1978, and they don't necessarily have to be football related. We're after a snap shot of the time.
