Have your say
Back in the early 1980s, Pink Floyd famously proclaimed that 'we don't need no education'..

A great song it may well be, but their advice is not strictly the best way to approach your revision (and their use of double negatives is best avoided in the English exam - you have been warned!).

At this potentially stressful time, we thought it might be a better idea to seek some revision tips to beat the exam blues.

Now we all know that teenagers don't necessarily think the same way as adults, so there's two articles for you to read.

Work, work
In the red corner, we have the views of Parentline Plus - a charity which offers support to anyone parenting a child.

Their website looks at a multitude of parenting and education issues.

Hit back!
And in the blue corner, we have high school student Eman to give the student perspective - revision advice from the horse's mouth, to use an inappropriate analogy!

Eman is suspicious of an revision page aimed at parents: "This ain’t about parents; this is about US! And the only reason we feel under pressure is because they keep on at us."

Strong stuff indeed, you can see the whole of her article by clicking here.

So, it's seconds out, eyes down, whatever cliché you want to use to begin.
Either way, we hope to have some useful tips along the way from you too.
Email us with your advice.

Finally, if you're still undecided, or maybe want to find out more about revising or education issues in general, check out the links on the the BBC Radio 1 OneLife website.
