The winger came off the bench in the 15-6 victory in the first Test in Carisbrook and replaces Doug Howlett. All Blacks coach John Mitchell has made one other change, with Mark Robinson returning at centre in place of Tana Umaga. Robinson, who wins his fourth Test cap, performed strongly during the All Blacks' win over Italy before being forced with an injury. New Zealand: Leon MacDonald, Jonah Lomu, Mark Robinson, Aaron Mauger, Caleb Ralph, Andrew Mehrtens, Justin Marshall, Scott Robertson, Richard McCaw, Reuben Thorne (captain), Norm Maxwell, Chris Jack, Greg Somerville, Mark Hammett, Dave Hewett.
