Laws advice for O'Connor
Scunthorpe United boss Brian Laws has warned striker Aaron O'Connor he needs to change his attitude to the game after releasing the teenager from Glanford Park.

O'Connor joined Scunthorpe from Ilkeston Town last November after impressing in the reserves.

But after just three first-team appearances as a substitute the 19-year-old has been shown the door.

"We felt he had a little bit of something, but we have decided after this period having got to know more about his character that he falls short of what we require," he said.

"We wish him good luck, but he will have to make changes in his attitude if he is to rekindle anything in professional football," Laws told his club's website.
