Wise's future at the club is in doubt after he was sent home from the Foxes pre-season tour of Finland.

Former Chelsea star Wise was involved in an incident in which team-mate Callum Davidson sustained a fractured cheekbone.

Leicester have hinted one course of action open to them would be to cancel Wise's contract for an act of misconduct.

But Hall warned: "We will take legal advice if Leicester cancel Dennis' contract.

"We will take it to the Football Association, or Football League and the Professional Footballers' Association.

"And if necessary, we will pursue the matter as far as we can through every civil court that is available to us."

Hall is confident that Leicester will not resort to tearing up Wise's conract, which still has another year to run.

"I don't expect Leicester to cancel Dennis' contract," said Hall.

"Dennis loves it at the club and loves playing for them."

Leicester are expected to make an announcement on Friday of the action they will take against Wise.
