Paul Kpacka is the top African marksman in Belgium

It was a prolific weekend for Africans in Belgium, with the continent's representatives notching no fewer than 12 goals.

The man with the biggest taly was Congo Kinshasa-born striker Jean-Paul Boeka-Lisasi who scored a hat-trick for struggling Charleroi, beating Mouscron 5-0.

The second-half hat-trick brings the Congolese striker's total goals to four for his current club but he had scored another five for his former club Mechelen.

The 28-year-old DR Congo international left Mechelen during the winter break after going three months without pay.

Sierra Leonean Paul Kpaka became the top African goal scorer after scoring twice for Beerschot in their 2-0 win over La Louviere.

Kpaka has now hit the back of the net 13 times this season.

Ivorian Aruna Kone scored his eighth of the season for Lierse, who defeated Mechelen 3-0.

The striker's goals have been instrumental to the modest side, who are now third in the table after their sixth consecutive win.

Guinean international Sambegou Bangoura scored an 89th minute equaliser for Lokeren - his ninth of the season - only for Ivorian Constant Kaiper to snatch the winner for Beveren in the very last minute to complete his double.

Kaiper has now scored six to become his club's top scorer.

Burkinabe striker Moumouni Dagano scored twice for champions Genk in the second-half to deepen the problems of Lommel.

The double takes Dagano's goal tally to eight for the season.

Holland

Ivorian Bonaventure Kalou was on target for Feyenoord as they beat AZ Alkmar 4-1 in a first-half blitz.

The goal took his personal account to five, after scoring a double last week.

And Gambian Jattoo Ceesay has scored for the second successive weekend, with the first goal for Willem II as they beat Roda JC 5-0.

It is the Gambian's sixth in this campaign.

Germany

Two goals by Hansa Rostock's veteran Togolese striker Bachirou Salou in the space of six minutes have cost Klaus Toppmoller the manager's job at Bayer Leverkusen.

Rostock won 2-1.

Meanwhile, South African Delron Buckley scored for Bochum, for the first time this season, but they lost 4-1 to Dortmund.

And it was also the first goal this season for Namibian midfielder Collin Benjamin who scored in the 90th minute as Hamburg defeated Wolfsburg 2-0.

Turkey
Ghanaian defender Samuel Johnson scored for Fenerbahce as they beat Gaziantepspor 2-0 - his third so far.

Egyptian Ahmed Hassan Kamel scored for Gencerbirligi with a last minute goal in the 3-1 win over Diyarbakirspor.

Greece

Ghanaian striker Peter Ofori-Quaye scored the third goal for second placed Olympiakos who demolished Akratitos 5-2.

Portugal
Senegalese striker Fary Faye slotted in the first and last goals for Beira Mar as they beat Setubal 5-3.

Cameroon's Albert Ze Meyong made the scoreline respectable for Setubal by scoring their third goal.

And another Cameroonian, Rudolph Douala, opened the scoring for Uniao Leiria in their 2-2 draw with Moreirense.
