Your chance to emulate tennis commentator John McEnroe
Competition Rules

  • Get the permission of your parent or guardian before entering.

  • Tell the person who pays the phone bill before making the call. Calls will be charged at the national rate - call charges on mobile phones may vary.

  • The competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas players are not allowed.

  • The winners during the fortnight will be chosen by BBC Sport Online. The overall winners will be selected by a panel of judges organised by BBC Sport Online.

  • The winners after each round will have their commentary, name, age and home town published on BBC Sport Online. They will also be used on BBC TV.

  • Only the overall winners will be contacted personally.

  • Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be changed.

  • There will be no cash alternatives.

  • The Producers do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.

  • Proof of calling is not proof of receipt.

  • Players must supply full details as required, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes.

  • No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

  • This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the BBC or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.

  • The Producer's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Producers reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

  • Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • This competition is promoted by BBC Sport New Media.

  • We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation.
