Ogier wants to join the tennis pro circuit

Guernsey's top men's tennis player has set his sights on joining the professional circuit.

Patrick Ogier was a double gold medallist at the 2009 Island Games and is the 2009 Channel Island champion.

The 22-year-old is looking to move abroad next year to further his career and earn vital world ranking points.

Ogier said his love of living in Guernsey has stopped him leaving in the past but he has decided to follow what has always been a lifelong dream.
