Laura Feely completed a sensational week to lift the Isle of Man women's tennis championships on Sunday. The 15-year-old reached the final with a series of excellent performances including beating 16-time champion Karen Faragher 6-4 6-2 in the semis. In the final she faced number three seed Katie Tinkler who took the first set 6-3. Feeley then took control of the match and went on to wrap up the title 3-6 6-3 6-4. Meanwhile in men's final James Buxton powered past number two seed Ryan Chinn 6-1 6-1. Buxton went on to claim the men's doubles title with partner William Graham beating Ryan and Mark Chinn 7-5 7-5. The ladies doubles was won by Karen Faragher and Lucy Hamilton-Turner. Laura Feely completed a great week by bagging her second title in the mixed doubles. Feely and Marc Chinn beat Kerry Beattie and Ian Watson in straight sets.
