Defending champion Andy Roddick will face Sebastien Grosjean in a repeat of last year's final at Queen's after the pair came through tricky semi-finals. Top seed Roddick came back from an early break down against Lleyton Hewitt to win 7-6 6-3.
Frenchman Grosjean, seeded fifth, looked on his way out when he trailed Hyung-Taik Lee 6-7 1-4 but recovered for a 6-7 7-6 6-2 win.
Roddick hammered Grosjean 6-3 6-3 in last year's final.
American Roddick was quick to admit his huge serve gave him the edge over Hewitt.
Roddick twice matched his own record for fastest serve, with aces at 153 mph, including one at 4-3 in the final set.

"I think Lleyton played an overall better first set than I did," Roddick said. "I was able to serve pretty well in the tie-breaker."
And the American will not underestimate Grosjean in Sunday's final despite his easy win last year.
"It feels like deja vu I guess," said Roddick. "He's a very dangerous player and there's not a whole lot he doesn't do well."
Grosjean had his share of difficulties before overcoming Lee, trailing 6-7 1-4 at one stage.
He said: "I was really in trouble at two breaks down in the second set.
"I knew he was playing so well, but I tried not to have any fear and continue to attack the short balls.
"I didn't want to give him the match so I kept fighting. On grass it can turn around so fast."
