Dwayne Peel and Gareth Delve are pushing for Wales starting spots |
Ex-captain Ieuan Evans believes Wales coach Warren Gatland will resist the temptation to make too many changes when he names his team on Tuesday. Wales have beaten England and Scotland so far in the RBS Six Nations and next face Italy in Cardiff on 23 February.
"It's become difficult to second-guess Warren Gatland in terms of selection, he's keeping the players and everyone else on their toes," Evans said.
"I expect a few changes but I don't expect that many."
Stephen Jones and Dwayne Peel impressed after replacing half-back rivals James Hook and Mike Phillips early in the second half against Scotland.

Scotland had moved two within two points of Wales but the replacements helped Wales ease away again for a 30-15 win.
"They might change one or two of the half-backs, possibly just one with Stephen Jones coming in at 10," Evans added.
"But expect to see James Hook play a part as well, likewise if Mike Phillips does start then Dwayne Peel will probably come on at some point as well.
"Gethin Jenkins may start at loose-head prop and, who knows, even Gareth Delve possibly (in the back-row).
"But don't expect any more than that really."
