Molitika set for Blues loan move
Former Celtic Warriors flanker Maama Molitika
Molitika wants to return to Welsh domestic rugby
Maama Molitika is expected to join struggling Cardiff Blues on loan until the end of the season on Monday.

The former Tonga flanker will provide much needed back-row cover for injured pair Dan Baugh and James Malpas.

The move could turn into a permanent one if the 30-year-old impresses during his time at the Arms Park.

Molitika joined Harlequins on a three year contract last June after the demise of the Celtic Warriors, but has made little impact at the Stoop.

  • The Ospreys have denied rumours that they are interested in making a move for 31-year-old England and Wasps lock Simon Shaw.

"He is a good player, but he is nothing to do with us," said Ospreys team manager Derwyn Jones.
