Pat Sanderson is yet to play in the Premiership for Warriors this season

Worcester Warriors skipper Pat Sanderson could be back playing in three weeks' time.

He has told BBC Hereford and Worcester that he is targeting the EDF Cup game at Ospreys on 26 October to return.

Sanderson is yet to play this season having picked up a leg injury in the pre-season friendly against Ulster on 27 August.

The former England captain suffered a 'dead leg' and ended up having to have blood drained from a muscle.
