Seymour made his first-team debut at Sarries in 2004

Sale Sharks have completed the signing of flanker David Seymour from Premiership rivals Saracens.

The 24-year-old came through the ranks at the London club and made 105 appearances in addition to playing for the England A and Under-21 sides.

Sharks director of rugby Kingsley Jones said: "David is a good signing; he has a high work rate and plenty of pace.

"He has come through the system at Saracens and when I found out he was available, I made a move to sign him."
