Northampton Saints director of rugby Jim Mallinder says their England players must readjust to club rugby.

Dylan Hartley, Courtney Lawes, Shane Geraghty and Ben Foden spent time with the England camp this autumn.

Mallinder told BBC Radio Northampton: "Let's do it the Northampton way, not the England way.

"They'll have been receiving other messages from England coaches and that's not good enough now, they've got to do what we want."

Mallinder added: "We see our players come back doing slightly different things, with a slightly different mindset and sometimes they need telling.

"It's always going to happen when you've got different coaches with different philosophies and ideas. The players have been away with them for three or four weeks.

"Now it's a question of them coming back and fitting in with our team."
