London Irish focus on win at Munster - Steffon Armitage
Armitage has been with the Exiles since 2006
London Irish flanker Steffon Armitage insists motivation will not be a problem for Sunday's Heineken Cup group game at Munster.
Both teams have failed to qualify for the knock-out stages.
Armitage told BBC Berkshire: "We've got to go out there and give it everything, this is just like a final.
"I don't need anything else to get me worked up - just going over to Ireland is a big thing for me. We've played the last 11 games and only won one."
He added: "We've got to start building towards the Premiership."
Armitage, 25, has made 14 appearances for the Exiles this season despite picking up a shin injury in September, and admitted it had been a turbulent season so far.
"I started off really well this season then I got injured and was out for five or six games," he said. "It took a while for me to get my fitness back.
"I think there's only upwards for me at the moment, I'll keep pushing and hopefully I can get back into the England team.
"First of all though I want London Irish to get some wins because that's more important for me."
