London Irish forward Kieran Roche says the team is not doubting themselves despite four consecutive defeats.

The Exiles host Leicester Tigers this weekend, looking for their first win since 23 October.

Roche told BBC Berkshire: "You can't let doubts creep in. People talk about staying positive, which is a bit of a cliche, but a very important thing."

"It's not that we're ignoring what's gone wrong, but the only way you can get through it is by moving on."

He added: "There's never a lack of work-ethic at the club and we're working hard to put things right.

"With the position we're in, it's not a problem getting motivated for the game - we'll be up for the challenge whichever side they put out."
