Cockerill's Leicester lie fifth in the Premiership table

Leicester director of rugby Richard Cockerill has said he will rotate his squad for the Tigers' forthcoming LV= Cup matches.

Tigers host Harlequins on Friday and travel to Ospreys the following week, with those games coming either side of a friendly against Australia.

Cockerill told BBC Radio Leicester: "There's a few guys on the fringes who will play.

"There's a real good mixture of players and I expect us to be very, very good."

Cockerill added: "Certainly for Quins and Australia we have a reasonable amount of players to pick from.

"And for Ospreys we will have to see what the fall out is from those two games."
