George Chuter warns Leicester against complacency

Leicester Tigers hooker George Chuter has warned against complacency when they host Exeter Chiefs on Saturday.

Tigers lost their opening Premiership fixture at Northampton while Chiefs recorded a shock win over Gloucester.

"Everyone always says there are no easy games and I think Exeter's win proved it," Chuter told BBC Radio Leicester.

"It's a fantastic win for Exeter and for the league in general to see a club come up from the Championship and win a game against one of the big guys."

Chuter added: "It's that sort of league this year; the new laws do open up the game a bit more.

"If you can keep the ball and keep going through the phases then teams will struggle and it sounds like that's what Exeter did.

"You don't need to play fancy rugby to be efficient and get results."
