Robinson enjoyed four seasons in the Premiership with Bristol |
Leicester Tigers have signed winger Lee Robinson from Bristol. The 29-year-old started his career at Plymouth Albion before moving to the Memorial Stadium in 2005. Robinson scored 12 tries in 24 starts for Bristol last season as they lost out on promotion from the Championship to Exeter in the play-off final. "Lee has a good strike-rate from the wing and has a good physical presence in attack and defence," Tigers head coach Richard Cockerill said. Robinson added: "It's obviously disappointing to finish the season the way we did at Bristol, but I now have a new challenge at a massive club and it is one I am looking forward to."
