Flood made his England debut in 2006

Leicester Tigers head coach Heyneke Meyer has told BBC Radio Leicester Toby Flood will wear the number 10 shirt for Sunday's Heineken Cup game.

The decision comes despite Hougaard's impressive debut at fly-half in the Tigers' 19-15 win in the EDF Energy Cup at Bath on Saturday.

Flood, who can play in a number of positions, joined Leicester from Newcastle Falcons in June.

The Tigers open their campaign against Ospreys at Welford Road.
