Leeds Carnegie look set to be will be without back rowers Hendre Fourie and Alfie To'oala for Friday night's Premiership encounter with Harlequins.
Fourie has an infected cut on his foot, while To'oala has a leg muscle injury and both missed the loss at Leicester.
Fly-half Ceiron Thomas underwent a scan on Tuesday on a injured hip flexor but is hopeful of facing Harlequins.
"We are not having the best of luck with injuries at the moment," head coach Neil Back told BBC Radio Leeds.
Back added: "Alfie, Hendre and Ceiron are all key players for us, so it's hitting us hard.
"Hendre got a little nick on the pitch and it's developed into something worse and will keep him out for another few weeks.
"He is a big loss for us because he is one of our best players.
"Alfie is a big carrier, great for us, and mentality puts a lot of pressure on the opposition.
"So they are all big losses and hopefully they will be back available in the next few weeks, we'll have to see with Ceiron but we hope to have him back for Friday.
"But all the lads that have come in as cover have done great and we just have to move on."
New signing Andy Titterrell will have to wait at least three weeks to make his Leeds debut.
Friday's clash with Harlequins will come too soon for the former England hooker, while he is not registered to play in Leeds' upcoming two European Challenge Cup games.
"Andy is a very fit guy, but he hasn't played for a couple of months now so he's not match fit.
"Hopefully he'll get his first game time against Northampton in the A league on Monday night.
"But then he's unfortunately not registered for Europe, which leaves him out in the cold for two weeks.
"But that will give him the opportunity to get fully involved in training and do a lot more contact and get his rugby level skills up ready for a match."
