Goodridge has started both of Leeds' first two games in the Premiership
Leeds Carnegie's Jon Goodridge says his side must cut out the basic errors if they are to claim their first win in the Premiership.
Leeds face London Irish on Sunday and will look to avoid a repeat of the error-ridden performance they gave in the 27-7 defeat at Worcester.
"To make so many mistakes is very frustrating," the full-back told BBC Radio Leeds.
"If we keep making that many mistakes, we will never win in this league."
Leeds had trailed just 10-7 at half-time at Sixways on Friday night, but a glut of handling errors, misplaced passes and conceded penalties allowed Worcester to run away with the game.
"It is terrible when it goes against you and if you are not on your game you will get punished in the Premiership," added Goodridge.
"We have to go back and work on the things we need to work on and simply try to bounce back from this.
"It will be a massive game against London Irish and we'll have to cut out the mistakes in that game
"Backy [head coach Neil Back] keeps saying we are unbeaten at Headingley for a very long time - since the last time we were in the Premiership in fact.
"So we'll look to keep that record going and we'll go into the game with lots of confidence and look to get back to winning ways."
