London Irish full-back Delon Armitage scored two first-half tries as the England Saxons easily saw off Canada. Richard Haughton also went over in the opening 40 minutes as England's second string went in 20-5 ahead at the break.
Tries from Kai Horstmann, Chris Bell and Ben Woods sealed an emphatic win to put the Saxons into the plate final.
They missed out on a place in the final of the main event by losing to Scotland A 13-7 in their opening match of the tournament in Toronto.
The Saxons will face Ireland A in the plate final next Saturday in Edmonton after the Irish suffered a 27-6 defeat at the hands of New Zealand Maori.
England coach Jon Callard said: "It was a good Test match because it was feisty and it had everything in it.
"Last week we were all rusty because of preparation time and we came off second best.
"This week I am pleased because all the preparation has gone well and we know a little bit more about the players."
