Kent weekend rugby review

Rugby union

Blackheath's disappointing start to the season continued as they suffered their fourth consecutive defeat in National One on Saturday.

Despite an improved performance that yielded a first bonus point, they still lost 17-13 at Otley.

Canterbury are up to second in National Two South after a 42-15 win at home to Bristol-based Dings Crusaders. But Westcombe Park lost 29-21 at Shelford.

Their second successive defeat means they slip a place to eighth.
