Coventry Rugby Club have broken with tradition and switched all but one of their home matches from Saturday afternoons to Friday nights. The exception is the New Year match against Doncaster, which will be played on Saturday, 2 January. The opening home fixture is on 4 September with Rotherham the visitors to the Butts Park Arena. Cov will be playing in the newly-formed Championship and end the league season at Rotherham on Saturday, 20 February.
