Esher team manager Dave Page has praised rugby's flexible loan system. The newly promoted National One side have used players this season like Harlequins' James Inglis and Don Barrell from Saracens.
Page told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "Because they are England academy players, we don't have to keep registering them every week.
"For example, Don Barrell played for Saracens off the bench on a Friday and for us the next day".
"This way the player, us, and the Premiership club all benefit. And it means young English talent get the most competitive rugby outside of the top flight. That's what the scheme was set up for."
