Second-half tries from Kris Chesney and Adam Powell helped Saracens defeat champions Leicester and move up to second in the Guinness Premiership.
Richard Haughton touched down in the first half, with Glen Jackson adding a conversion and three penalties.
Leicester got over the line twice, when Jordan Crane and Boris Stankovich scored from line-out drives.
Fly-half Paul Burke kicked three penalties, including one in the final minute which sealed a bonus point.
Leicester's acting head coach Richard Cockerill "It was a game we should have won and the two tries we coughed up by turning the ball over made it very frustrating. To have got back from that and get a bonus point was a great effort.
"We're a big club and I have big expectations - we're better than that and we could have won this game.
"Next week's game against Worcester is now a big one for us and we need a win
to stay in touching distance of the top four."
Saracens coach Alan Gaffney "In the first 10 and the last 10 minutes we were disappointing.
"You can't concede penalties in your 22 against Leicester because they'll use the
line-out against you.
"But in the middle 60 minutes we played some pretty good rugby and our scrum
was very solid."
