Richard Haughton's late try gave Saracens revenge at Sixways.
Worcester did the double over Sarries last season and despite a slow start scored first, turning over to free Marcel Garvey to cross on the right.
Rodd Penney intercepted from inside his own half for an easy route under the posts to earn Sarries a half-time lead.
Home replacement Gavin Quinnell was sin-binned for felling Sakiusa Matadigo before Haughton ended Worcester hopes by piercing a gap to sprint 70 metres.
Saracens director of rugby Alan Gaffney:
"We didn't play particularly well - which is disappointing - but to give
Worcester their due, they played well enough to have got more from the game. "We've won three from four and we're happy with where we are at. Worcester
gritted it out - but so did our guys. "But make no mistakes, this is a good win. Worcester will do well this season
- not many teams will come here and win.
Worcester director of rugby Mike Ruddock:
"Their first try was a Christmas gift, and it was a killer blow for us. "But we played some really good rugby at times, and the result could have been
so different. Two lapses cost us - but other than that, we looked the better side.
"We showed some good defensive shape and some good offensive moments, including a
fantastic try but our own errors killed us.
"It's difficult to put your finger on why things
are going against us; we always seem to be chasing games, but there was much
progress from last week."
