Saracens scored two tries in each half to hand Leeds their third straight defeat in the Guinness Premiership.
First-half touchdowns from Rodd Penney and Richard Haughton helped Saracens establish a 17-0 interval lead which they never looked likely to give up.
Noah Cato grabbed a third Saracens try on the hour mark before Hugh Vyvyan raced clear for a late fourth.
Former Leeds fly-half Gordon Ross claimed a penalty and three conversions on his Headingley return.
Saracens director of rugby Alan Gaffney (on try-scorer Noah Cato) "He's raw as you can be, you could see that, and he's only been playing rugby for two or three years, so he's still learning the game.
"But the one thing he has got is unbridled pace. He still doesn't understand the game - that's not a criticism - but you can see he doesn't understand the game.
"But you cannot replace pace and he was positive in what he tried to do. He's very agile, he's a big boy and he's got no fear."
Leeds director of rugby Stuart Lancaster "It was a big improvement on last week's performance against Harlequins but our percentage of errors is too high.
"We put ourselves under too much pressure and, as a consequence, we're chasing the game.
"When you look at the sides promoted from National One, it's always a hard task but we've got 14 or 15 players out at the moment and some of them are on their way back."
