Johnson will launch his testimonial in November

Johnson, who captained England to victory at last November's World Cup, is the only player to twice lead the British and Irish Lions.

He will launch his testimonial year in Leicester in November at a dinner with most of that World Cup-winning side.

Further events have already been planned for the year, as far afield as Bermuda, Sydney and Auckland.
