Blackheath have dropped to fourth in National League One after a 25-24 defeat at home to Macclesfield.

Sam Windsor missed two late kicks that would have given Blackheath their seventh victory in 11 games.

Flanker and stand-in captain Dave Allen scored a hat-trick but still ended on the losing side.

Canterbury had a good 30-23 win over in-form Henley in National League Two, but Westcombe Park lost to Clifton.
