Clark returned to Exeter in 2008 after a spell at Bristol

Exeter Chiefs have lengthened the contracts of front row forwards Chris Budgen, Neil Clark and Brett Sturgess.

Sturgess has been the most regular member of the front row this term with 23 appearances, while Clark has made 18 and Budgen 14.

Chiefs head coach Rob Baxter said: "To have secured the services of this number of quality front-row players is a massive positive for the club.

"These players have guaranteed a stream of quality ball from the set-pieces."

He added: "All these players have different strengths but they all have the correct work ethic and desire to succeed that we demand as a club."
