A superb second-half display helped Launceston to an encouraging away win at Wharfedale on Saturday. Three Mark Bedworth penalties put Wharfedale 9-8 in front at half-time, with Launceston's points coming from a Sam Hocking try and Tony Yapp penalty. But after the break, Launceston found their feet and pulled away, with Hocking scoring a second try and Mal Roberts also going over. Wharfedale's Simon Horsfall then went over for a late consolation try.
