Winters is club captain while Jason Spice is in charge on the field of play
Bristol club captain Roy Winters has told BBC Radio Bristol it is realistic for them to win every game this season.
"We feel it is and we'd certainly like to although we cannot underestimate any team in the Championship," he said.
Bristol face Exeter Chiefs this weekend after four straight wins and sit on top of the league, one point above their opponents who also have a 100% record.
"They bring huge physicality and some big ball-runners so our defence needs to be up to scratch," Winters added.
"They also possess a huge kicking threat so it's going to be an interesting game."
The 34-year-old lock is now one of the most senior players in the squad and is relishing the position.
"I never thought I'd hear myself say it but I have actually enjoyed the responsibility of that role.
"It's not one I've gone out and looked for but I've managed to gain that respect from the other players.
"They've taken that on board and used me as a funnel for knowledge and give them anything I can."
Exeter will arrive on Sunday with four former Bristol players in their line-up. Scrum-half Haydn Thomas, who left at the end of last season, is joined by hookers Saul Nelson and Neil Clark and fly-half Danny Gray.
For Bristol, brothers Luke and Tom Arscott start together for the first time this season with Lee Robinson dropping to the bench.
Hooker David Blaney comes into the front row while Junior Fatiolofa replaces Jack Adams at centre.
Bristol: Luke Arscott; Tom Arscott, Luke Eves, Junior Fatialofa, Dan Norton, Adrian Jarvis, Jason Spice (C); Mark Irish, David Blaney, Wayne Thompson, Mariano Sambucetti, Roy Winters, Iain Grieve, James Merriman, Dan Montagu.
Replacements: Ollie Hayes, Darren Crompton, James Phillips, Redford Pennycook, Robbie Shaw, Mark Davies, Lee Robinson.
