Exeter continued their unbeaten start to the Championship season with Friday's 27-13 defeat of Coventry. The Chiefs outscored their hosts by three tries to one, with Paul McKenzie, Matt Jess, and James Scaysbrook all going over for the visitors. Coventry's try came from Tongan international fly-half Fangatapu Apikotoa, with Ben Russell adding two penalties and a conversion. The result sees the Chiefs move second in the league with 13 points.
