Plymouth Albion have strengthened their back line with the signing of Tongan international Sione Mone Tu'ipulotu. The 31-year-old has previously played for Caerphilly and Newport Gwent Dragons, before moving to Japanese side Yokogawa in 2006. Tu'ipulotu first appeared for Tonga in 1997, and played at the 1999 and 2007 Rugby World Cups. Tu'ipulotu plays the majority of his rugby at scrum-half, but can also slot into the centre and wing positions.
