Chiefs sign Gloucester's Foster

Foster joined Gloucester's academy as an 18-year-old

Exeter Chiefs have signed Gloucester winger Mark Foster.

The 25-year-old scored 24 tries in 84 appearances for the Cherry & Whites after breaking into the first team during the 2005/6 season.

Foster will bring a strong physical presence to the Chiefs as he stands 6ft tall and weighs 15st 10lbs.

Chiefs boss Rob Baxter said: "Mark is a big guy and he works hard. He wants to come to Exeter and do well and get himself back in the Premiership."

"He's got a lot of ability and his experience can help us as well," he added.
