Exeter Chiefs have announced that former Northampton Saints fly-half Ali Hepher will take over as the club's new backs coach next season. Hepher joins the Chiefs from Northampton, where he coached the second team to the Guinness 'A' League title last season. The 34-year-old also spent four years as backs coach for the Bedford Blues. Hepher will work under Rob Baxter, who was unveiled as head coach of the Chiefs at the start of May. In a successful playing career Hepher played 120 games for Northampton.
