Head coach Neil Back is eyeing more success in the Premiership |
Leeds Carnegie's promotion to next season's Guinness Premiership has been confirmed by the Rugby Football Union. They ended the season last weekend with a 17-6 victory at Plymouth Albion to win National League One by 14 points. Having satisfied the Professional Game Board's minimum standards criteria for promotion, Leeds chief executive Gary Hetherington said: "We are delighted. "Under Andy Key and Neil Back we have moved forward this season, and we are looking forward to the pre-season." Key, director of rugby, and head coach Back were appointed at the tail-end of last summer and made just three signings during their National One campaign. | 606: DEBATE |
