Left winger Alex Kelsall has been a star of the Diss team this season
Diss face the biggest match in their history on Saturday as they entertain Letchworth in London League Two North.
A win for the Norfolk team will secure promotion as champions for the second consecutive season.
Head coach Gavin Brock told BBC Radio Norfolk the team's success had been built on a strong youth policy.
"Every single player in the squad is homegrown. That's the way to bring the youngsters through - if they're good enough they'll play," he said.
"Gideon [Rossouw, flanker] is the only one who isn't [homegrown], but he's best mates with Timmy Groom and Thorpey [Andy Thorpe, winger] , and he just wanted to come and finish his career with his mates," he added.
Brock said that kind of spirit had been key to the team's success.
"I've turned down players who I don't think would have fitted into the squad - it's very important to me that people do fit in," he said.
"I'm not going to start bringing in a load of southern hemisphere players I know nothing about, who're not going to play for the club and for their mates - I'd rather have somebody who'll give me 100%," he said.
