Diss have kept up their 100 per cent start to the season in Rugby Union's London League Division Two North.

They won another tight match, this time a 15-3 victory over Bury St Edmunds, and head coach Gavin Brock told BBC Radio Norfolk it was important to win.

"Every game is very hard, you have to focus. Results have gone in our favour as Staines beat Civil Service.

"Staines are only two points behind us, that keeps the pressure on us and we have to perform every week."
