Lord was part of the Counties squad that drew with an Ireland Clubs XV |
Three Cornish rugby players have been named in the England Counties squad to take on France Amateurs at Twickenham. Redruth forwards Luke Collins and Darren Jacques along with Launceston's Cornwall captain Josh Lord are all part of the 22-man squad. The match on Sunday, 15 April, will be the first time that the England Counties team has played at the headquarters of Rugby Football Union. The game will be played straight after the England v France Six Nations tie. Collins, Jacques and Lord were all part of the England Counties side that drew 13-13 with an Ireland Clubs XV in Dublin last month.
