Esher director of rugby Mike Schmid was full of praise for his side as they held Exeter to a surprise 12-12 draw in Devon on Saturday.
Two Doug Flockhart tries secured a vital two points for Esher as they look to claw back the 14 points between them and safety.
Schmid told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "It's not often you're satisfied with a draw in rugby.
"Our boys were verging on heroic and it's a well-deserved two points."
Schmid continued: "We're using the word revolution now because we want to stay in this league and we've got to get the ball rolling and keep it rolling.
"The self-belief is there and the commitment of the lads was unbelievable."
However, Schmid says the club must now treat every game as a must-win if they are to have any chance of surviving in National One.
"Beating teams below us now isn't going to be good enough, we've got to beat teams above us in the table.
"Today is a start, we've got Otley at home next week which is another must-win game but in all honesty every game is a big game for us and we've got to try and take every point that we can out of every game that we play now."
Esher lie in 13th place in National One, two places and 14 points adrift of safety.
