Nottingham Rugby's hopes of promotion to the Premiership now look slim after a 19-12 defeat by Leeds Carnegie. The Green and Whites scored two tries to the visitors' one, through Luke Sherrif and Greig Tonks. However, 14 points from the boot of Leeds fly-half Jason Strange was enough to seal victory and end Nottingham's year-long unbeaten home run. Sunday's result leaves the Green and Whites 14 points adrift of second-placed Exeter in the league.
