Clark has been part of the Leeds academy since the age of 14
Leeds Carnegie flanker Calum Clark has revealed he has been working with a sports psychologist to improve his discipline on the pitch.
The 19-year-old was sent off for England at the World Junior Championships in the summer.
"It's not been my strong point in the past," Clark told BBC Radio Leeds.
"I've been working with a psychologist to try and find ways to deal with it and it now helps me play if I control it and channel it in the right way."
Clark was an instrumental figure in Leeds' 49-18 win over Plymouth on Sunday and his form has helped him win a call up to the England under-20 squad.
He added: "It fantastic to be involved at such a young age, it teaches you leadership and it's great to test yourself against the best in the world at your age-group.
"It inspires you to try and become the best in the world and it's pleasing to be involved.
"I'm looking forward to getting into the Six Nations and making up for my sending off in the summer."
