Launceston managed to break a three-game run of defeats with a 38-10 win over Wharfedale at Polson Bridge. Winger Marc Dibble scored twice to give the home side a 20-3 lead early on. Number eight Sam Hocking added the third try, scrum-half Ben Turner got the bonus-point try and Scott Hobson, on loan from Bath, added the fifth. The Greens had nothing to show for their long trip, but Gavin Jones scored a try on his club debut, with Mark Bedworth kicking five points.
