Rico Gear look set to get his first start of the season in Italy this weekend

All Black wing Rico Gear is back in the squad for the start of Worcester Warriors' European Challenge Cup campaign this weekend.

Gear has returned to full training after an early season Achilles injury and, providing there is no reaction, he will start against Petrarca Padova.

Gear comes into the side as Miles Benjamin has a virus infection.

Young stars Charlie Fellows and Graham Kitchener are also included for the trip top last year's beaten finalists.

Meanwhile, Worcester's EDF Cup home third round tie against Harlequins has been moved back 24 hours to Sunday 2 November.
