The All Black star, who only arrived in the UK on 2 December, will play at outside centre in the game against Parma in the European Cup at Sixways.

"Rico Gear is without doubt the biggest signing in the history of the club," Warriors' owner Cecil Duckworth told BBC Hereford & Worcester.

"He's already shown his positive attitude in his short time here. Things are about to change, I'm sure of that."
